Self Paced Anger Management Program
The self paced anger management program is 6 sessions long designed to guide you through understanding your anger, learning knowledge around anger and tools to help manage it. The program also provides an opportunity to make plans and reflect on areas that may be new to you around anger.
Consultation Services
Consultation services are designed to process information briefly as you go through the sessions in the self-paced program. Maybe you have questions around strategies or need support in understanding triggers and high risk situations. This service provides that guidance and after completion of the program it is a great opportunity to review skills learned. This consultation will allow you to make a decision on whether you would like to engage in coaching services.
Coaching Services
Coaching services are to help expand on knowledge learned in the self paced program and to explore root causes on a deeper level. Coaching services are 50-60 minutes each session looking at stressors, tools and education around anger management and how it impacts you day to day.
